My first impressions of this book weren’t good. I almost didn’t finish it. The book mentions support for medical assistance in dying, feminism, and a few other controversial themes. Granted, these things may seem okay in theory, until you’ve gone down a few rabbit holes and seen some ugly truths.
Despite my mixed feelings, I pushed through, finished the book, and actually found myself pleasantly surprised!
